The coercion was perceived as mandatory by most.

Definition of Coercion:
'The practice of persuading someone to do something by using force or threats.'
The Threat and Force was JTracker no longer functioning.
The coercion was the act luring brokers to a broken CRM with ties to many Conflicts of Interest.

Brokers were sold BATS CRM as the leading CRM in the industry. This was a Blatant Lie.

Many different data points to suspicion of foul play between BATSCRM and ShipYourCarNow.

What is Psychological Projection?
Psychological Projection, the mental process by which people attribute to others what is in their own minds. The concept was introduced to psychology by Sigmund Freud.

Could this be a case of a shady actor in the industry pointing out how shady it is.
